Install WTP in Flex Builder

A quick walkthrough on installing the Web Tools Platform (WTP) in Flex Builder.

Help->Software Updates->Find and Install

Search for new features to install

Select the [Europa] discovery site

Select ‘Web and JEE development’

You may need to click ‘Select Required’

When i choose ‘Search for new features to install’, i dont see any options come up on the next page. So i can’t choose Europa Discovery Site. I then tried other option by click on ‘New Remote Site’ and entered URL http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/ but i get error:
Network connection problems encountered during search.
Unable to access “http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/”.

Not sure why i can’t see Europa Discovery site or others in the ‘Update Sites to Visit’ page.
